17th March 2022…Jason and I went to Durweston to help dismantle Richard Batterham’s salt kilns with his son, Reuben. I painted this watercolour on the spot while this kiln was still intact. Huge blackened bisque -fired pots (all with cracks) adorned the top of the kiln.
April 2024 …I have just had the good news that all three paintings I submitted for this year’s NEAC (New English Art Club) have been accepted to show at the Mall Galleries, London. These are the paintings, below.
